• Check in - 2 p.m. • Check out - 10 a.m. (other times available upon request) |
To avoid forfeiting deposit: |
1. Dishes must be washed and put away. 2. Dirty linens and towels should be put in bath tub. 3. Garbage should be placed in designated trash bins outside. 4. The refrigerator must be emptied and wiped out. 5. The furniture should be arranged as it was found. |
DEPOSIT |
• $100.00 deposit required 7 days prior to arrival. |
CANCELLATION POLICY |
• 30 days (or more) before arrival date ~ full refund. • Less then 30 days ~ full refund ONLY if cabin is able to be re-rented. |
RENTAL POLICY |
• We rent to family groups and responsible adults over the age of 25 only.
• We will not rent to prom groups, school graduation groups or youth groups. |
Owners assume no liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their belongings
and renter agrees to hold Owners free and harmless of any claim arising therof. |
HOLD HARMLESS |
